Before being ordained as a Buddhist monk, Nick Keomahovong was a practicing psychotherapist. I enjoy his videos and greatly helped by them. To me, he comes across as genuine and he doesn’t waffle. You don’t need a psychology degree to understand what he is talking about and his teaching is profoundly practical.
