The Power Of Journaling (30 mins)

In this Video, Nick talks about how gratitude can overcome negative thoughts, being less critical/judgemental and seeing the good in others, recognising non-productive aspects about ourselves by exploring our shadow side, venting anger and frustration, and journaling our meditation experiences.

Before being ordained as a Buddhist monk, Nick Keomahovong was a practicing psychotherapist. I enjoy his videos and greatly helped by them. To me, he comes across as genuine and he doesn’t waffle. You don’t need a psychology degree to understand what he is talking about and his teaching is profoundly practical.
